Delivery Information

Orders are despatched daily, Monday to Friday, orders received after Friday 09:00 will be despatched on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected and paid for.

While we will always try to get your products to you on the next working day, where possible. We do retain the right to hold your order overnight in the following circumstances. The company reserves the right to add to or remove any of these conditions with no notice required, however we will inform you if your order has been affected.

  1. Butcher produced fresh meat – This product is not produced on site and must be ordered as a bespoke order for each shipment therefore it is not reasonable to expect an overnight turnaround.
  2. Products with a known release date e.g. Hampers. These will be shipped on a certain date which will be mentioned in their description.

All food deliveries are completed by DPD on a 24-hour service. The company reserves the right to change this if required. We will inform all customers affected if there are any changes to their delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

Our standard delivery charges are:

Next-Day Parcel (Chilled): £6.49

Free Shipping when you spend £39.99

We do not charge extra for frozen shipping but we do ask that you order a minimum of 4+ frozen items as this adds to the mass of frozen items and holds the temperature more stable. We only ship Frozen between Tuesday - Thursday

Please note that Saturday delivery has been Paused over Christmas. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the packages will arrive on the Saturday so we have suspended this service until January 2021


Getting chilled food to you within 24-30 hours is a challenge and we constantly look for ways to reduce the cost to the customer! From time to time we will offer free shipping. This will be the same service, packaging and delivery as is provided normally. (Note: Free shipping will only be observed Monday-Thursday.)

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all delivery details correctly. Craft’d cannot accept any responsibility or costs for failed deliveries to the intended recipient or stock losses that occur from incorrect information being provided by customers. If you realise you have made an error on your shipping details please get in touch and we may be able to help

All our packaging is subject to testing and it should keep your products cold for up to 30 hours. Our boxes are generally shipped at around 3:00 the day before you receive them. For this reason, you need to ensure that you are at home on the delivery day. Failing this you will need to confirm a location that your parcel can be left safely with someone who can refrigerate it. Parcels need to be refrigerated upon arrival. Failure to deliver will lead to your order being destroyed. Craft’d accepts no responsibility or costs incurred if you knowingly order where delivery will not be possible.

Delivery Delay Due To Weather?

Craft’d accepts no responsibility incurred as a result of a delay in delivery by couriers due to adverse weather or accident. Where damage or loss has occurred due to a delay or accident, we will send a replacement at no cost to the customer.

We have tested our packaging for between 24-30 hours in normal weather. In weeks of very hot weather, we reserve the right to hold parcels if we believe that there is a risk to the customer because of the temperature of the food inside your parcel. We will inform you of any delays in your parcel being shipped due to the weather.

Breakages or other damage must be reported within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered. We may request proof of the damage in order to take this to our delivery partner. Please contact us directly on or through the website here and we can deal with these on a case by case basis.


By placing an order you are accepting the terms of service, delivery policy, privacy policy and returns policy . Please take time to read and understand these before purchasing. 

Offers and Promotions

We reserve the right to change, remove or withdraw promotions at any time without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Craft’d allows only one discount per order and this will not apply to any products that are already promoted or discounted. We reserve the right to remove any discount code at any time. Please see individual terms and conditions of each discount or promotion.

Competition winners will be contacted using the details provided and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Competition winners will have 48 hours to be contacted by Craft’d to arrange delivery of their prize. No competitions can be transferred to someone else, or can be redeemed as cash, credit or store voucher. No competitions have a financial value.


Payments are only available through the online payment portal. We cannot accept Cash, Cheque, Bank transfer or card payment over the phone.

Any cash or cheque payments received will not be returned.

VAT & Duty

We retain the right to charge VAT at the current rate on both products and packaging. This is subject to changes by the UK Government and we retain the right to modify prices based on a change in the rate of VAT. We understand that some products are provided at 0% VAT and we will only charge VAT on products that are VAT rated. In cases where several products are included (e.g. Hampers) we will charge VAT at the rate agreed across all the products to reflect the individual VAT of the items making up the sale.

Order Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute products in the event of an item not being available for delivery. This will be a product of equal or greater value at no additional cost to yourself. We will inform you of this in such an eventuality. We will try and get in touch before we substitute items in order to find the most appropriate item. If the substituted item is unacceptable to you, we will refund it.


Craft’d Limited accepts no liability for any loss which occurs after the parcel has been signed for. In the event of contactless delivery DPD photograph the parcel upon delivery as proof of delivery. Our liability in any circumstance and whatsoever the consequence is limited to the value of the parcel itself.

Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel an order up until the point it is fulfilled and shipped. After this point, the products cannot be resold due to food safety legislation. If you choose to cancel your order after your parcel has been shipped, we will not refund to you of any of the cost even if the items are returned as they will have to be destroyed.

We deliver across the vast majority of mainland UK, however, we are unable to deliver to some outlying parts of Scotland, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. The full list of postcodes we unfortunately CANNOT deliver to is as follows:
