This award-winning Supreme Champion cheese is a full-fat hardpressed cheese. Somewhere between a traditional cheddar and an alpine style cheese. You can expect a traditional tang which meets with rich herby flavours that linger beautifully in the mouth. Lincolnshire Poacher is usually matured for about 14 to 16 months and has quite a lot upfront with a rich full flavour.
