Ingredients: Free Range Pork, Red wine, Salt, Skimmed milk powder, Water, Sugar, Fennel seeds, Ground black pepper, Garlic powder, Starter culture. Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite. Prepared with 128g of raw pork per 100g finished product. Moisture lost during curing and maturation. Filled in beef casing. Coating of Pencillin Nalgiovence on exterior of casings.
Each salami will weigh approx 225g.
This product is made in an environment where nuts, milk, gluten and fennel is used.
